The first batch of XPlotters were assembled in OEM factory. The workers did not responsibly follow our manufacturing instructions and test process, as well as some damage caused by transportation. Some XPlotters have annoying motion issues. We are very sorry for that. Our mechanical engineer demonstrate how to test and fix motion problems step by step.
We will produce future products in our own workshop with comprehensive supervision and testing. Thanks for your support!
